Yes, even though UNR Wolfpack Housing is a private entity, it is only for students. Normally groups of friends contact us to rent entire homes. Sometimes we can fill remaining rooms with singles in the event a group doesn't have enough people.

The cost is by room and varies by home size, location, upgrades, room size, ensuite bathrooms, Master Suites, etc. However, we have rooms as low as $575. All leases are individual and per room. 

All of our homes include a house cleaner who comes twice a month. In addition, the landscape is taken care as well as a handyman for servicing maintenance issues. We also have a local property coordinator for showing the homes and who handles move in and move outs.

We utilize a platform called apartments.com. Because the leases are per person and by individual rooms, each tenant pays their own rent directly, so there is no need to comingle monies with roommates.

No. Utilities are put in the names of the tenants. Typically each tenants subscribes to one utility, pays that individual bill, and then tenants balance monies out how they choose. We are told utilities typically average about $50 per tenant. 

We work on a first come first served basis and our homes are typically gone by February for the following school year. So, it's good to move quickly and start looking for the best homes in December.

Pets can be allowed per landlord approval and approval from all tenants in the home. A pet addendum will accompany the lease along with a pet deposit.
